This website collects information when willingly given by the individual to provide exclusive offers and details regarding events going on at Pojo’s Family Fun Center. Information collected includes first name, last name, date of birth, emailing address, and mailing address. By providing information in the appropriate fields and clicking “I have read and understood the Terms of Service” the individual understands the reasons for collection and usage as outlined below, and understands that by contacting Pojo’s Family Fun Center their information may be removed from the following subscriptions at any time.

Pojo’s Email Club

To join Pojo’s Email Club, individuals may sign up online or in-store by providing their first name, last name, and email address. First name and last name are collected on the sole basis of identifying an individual as a member of the Pojo’s Email Club. Email address is collected as a means of communication to provide coupons, exclusive offers, and information about events going on at Pojo’s Family Fun Center. Individuals may unsubscribe from Pojo’s Family Fun Center email lists by unsubscribing. Unsubscribing may be done by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of each email sent, or by emailing pojoswebmaster@gmail.com. Information submitted online is collected through website host wix.com, and information is stored securely behind a firewall.

Pojo’s Birthday Club

To join Pojo’s Birthday Club, individuals may sign up online or in-store by providing their first name, last name, month and year of birth, and mailing address. First name and last name are collected on the sole basis of identifying an individual as a member of the Pojo’s Birthday Club. Only individuals aged 15 and under are permitted (with permission of legal guardian) to join Pojo’s Birthday Club and receive exclusive birthday offers. Date of birth field is collected as verification of eligibility to join. Mailing address field is collected to send Birthday Club offer (“Free Kid’s meal, 12 game tokens, 3 ride tickets”) coupon redeemable in store. Information submitted online s collected through website host wix.com, and information is stored securely behind a firewall.

All information collected is collected solely to provide information and offers to subscribing individuals. Information will not be redistributed to any other individual, group, or company. Individuals may request to have their information removed from Pojo's Email Club and Pojo's Birthday Club by contacting pojoswebmaster@gmail.com or by making a written request in-store at 7736 W. Fairview Avenue Boise, ID 83704 during business hours as listed on pojos.com. It is at the discretion of Pojo's Family Fun Center to change these terms of service at any time in order to meet current compliance standards.
